Product Description
Geotextiles are permeable nonwoven fabrics used to separate,filter,reinforce, protect or drain.Geotextiles allow filtration or separation of granular layers in roads and rail applications,used to protect membranes in landfill applications,used in coastal defence applications and used in landscaping to protect surfaces and structures from weeds and root growth.
Geotextiles are availabel as woven and non-woven .As liner protection, against physical damage, the non wovens are normally the answer.They are made up of fibers of polyester or polypropylene in random directions and punched together by needles during the manufacturing process.Geotextiles are commenly used to separate layers like clay and drainage and to protect liner from damage.
PET Long fiber geotextile was made from virgin polyester chips, the continous filament was extruded from polyester chip by machine directly by spunbond process. Pet Long Fiber Nonwoven Geotextile punch together to get the stable 3D with highter strength fabric . so Nonwoven Geotextile Fiber has high strength , good creep property excellent and erosio resistance, aging-resistance and heat resistance.

Thanks to thermal process, more strength and less elongation is achieved with the same weight.
Requires smaller storage area.
Can be manufactured up to a width of 6 meters, leading to less loss of material.Both white and tinted varieties of ge0textile are manufactured from 100% pure yarn. No recycled material is used.
Products can be manufactured with surface weight ranging from 50 gr/m2 to 1000 gr/m2.
